One of Mom’s more interesting necklaces was made of ceramic beads which always looked like cubes of Chicklets to me. This necklace survived the 60’s‚ the 70’s‚ heck‚ it survived me! Then someone whose first initial is Lola got a hold of it. Beads sprayed from here to Baltimore. Instead of re-stringing the necklace‚ Lola decided the beads would make lovely bracelets and earrings. And she was right. Naturally, she kept a couple for herself. The remaining ones became the first "Kisses from Lola." Most of the designs are one-offs created from vintage and other inherited materials. And new designs are on the way. So please check back every now and again‚ or follow us on Twitter for updates.
